Flaunt is a magazine based out of LA (not with officed in NYC as well), it's maybe been in publication for about a decade.

Bailey, I think she was topless, too! And like everyone else, I'm still in awe of this photoshoot! She has such nice and full hair, and I love it how they tease her hair!
